CORONAVIRUS: EDWARD K. BOATENG SENDS MESSAGE TO THE GHANAIAN COMMUNITY IN CHINA

Fellow Ghanaians, in view of the growing cases of the coronavirus outbreak, which was believed to have originated from a seafood market in Wuhan in Hubei Province the Embassy of Ghana in Beijing and its Consulate-General in Guangzhou wish to thank all Ghanaians for adhering to the laid down precautions and to admonish that for our own safety, we should continue to abide by these precautionary measures. So far, we do not have information of any Ghanaian contracting the virus.

• We thank God for the mercy He has shown us thus far and i urge all to steadfast in your prayers.

• It is anticipated that the number of confirmed cases may rise after the spring Festival holidays. My dear compatriots, let's be even more vigilant within that period. Please wear your masks and abide by all required protocols.
